Philip and Darin Matuzic. North County San Diego and greater Los Angeles.
Philip is a rocket scientist who later became a whisky entrepreneur. He spent decades on space systems at Boeing and Raytheon, then built Beverly Glen Distillers. He is drawn to residential real estate the same way he is drawn to whisky: a mix of real and magic. Distilled much the same way across the world, and it always comes out different.
Darin came up in tech. An LA native, he moved into Bay Area startups, hired for emerging products at Uber, and founded Lido Talent to help growing companies find people. PureDeal is that same instinct with his dad: read the situation, then make the deal happen.
